First, congratulations to the photo contest winner and the runners up! Respect to all who offered their photos. I really enjoyed them. thanks for sharing.

I have been thinking about posting one or more of the poems I write which turn out to be logs of our sailing activities. Perhaps this poem (which I plan to post in two-page segments so it doesn't get overwhelming) will help ease you through the winter months. Of course, pictures are included.
