rain water leak

I have rain water leaking thru deck to hull seal. what is the best way to re seal?

Hi! On our boat, the pipe that attaches to both the drain fitting under the cockpit and the drain through the transom is just-long-enough... it shakes loose every year and my husband has to climb inside the lazarette to re-attach it. I wish he'd just get a new one with a bit more give. When not attached, water drains into the lazarette then into the cabin near the battery nook.

Al. I am having a difficult time understanding the way your boats deck to hull seal is configured so as to cause a leak.
Can you take a picture and post it here?

i'd be inclined to think there may be leaking chainplates or stanchions in need of a re bed, or a leak at mast base where the wiring chase enters.
