I need to try to figure out how to get it back in the center of the holes. I'll post a couple of pictures and see if they come through. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I would adjust the two legs tighter with the turnbuckles, so that you do not have to squeeze them so much with your tensioner to produce your desired tension. My split backstay on my 31 does not have the separate pulley based tensioner.

Bon Ami or Comet would work nicely on your bimini tubing when you take it off. Will look like new with a little work.

Already got plans for the tubing before anything goes on. I actually use
Never Dull. It will look nearly chrome plated when done.
