Also need to re-seal rubrail screws as there must be some leaks behind. Only in extreme sailing conditions when I heal a lot and the rub rail is getting submerged do I have some water in the bilge....

TODO List (so far):

(A) Redo the rubrail. Must be a point of water-leaks when I heal excessively and they get submerged. Only time I have water in bilge. Other people mentioned that problem as well. Will take off in spring. Epoxy all screw holes and redrill and seal properly (sealant? = any suggestions) and install new rubrail (will reuse aluminum channel).

(B) Also planning on giving the hull a 1500-2500 grit polish with a wet sander....

(C) Continue to fix some gelcoat cracking on deck.

(D) Pondering the remote control box conversion of my Tohatsu 5HP propane outboard...

(E) Repair sails where necessary

(F) Sew some covers for trailer keel guide bunks....

(G) Replace electric outlet for mast lights with an aluminum version from plastic version, review wiring and fuse box....

It is only a short distance from the harbor to where I live. The outboard does not wiggle at all and I go pretty slow (20mph). For long distance I would take it down...

I tie mine back to the boat so it can't move.
Looks like you have a driveway like mine, have to jack the boat eight feet so the scuppers drain in the rain

Eight feet, Holey moley......Your trailer must be touching the ground on the back. Wouldn’t think that would even work with were the axle is located.... Picture.....!

Do you ever get water from rain? On my boat, the plastic rub trail traps a little water in a channel that leaks through the hull-to-deck seam. If you only ever see water when heeling but not other times the deck seam gets wet, maybe you collect water somewhere in an area that spills over when you heel.
the deck seam seems most likely though.

Will, I am pretty certain the rubrail is the culprit....

Put the cover back on for the winter...

Dang, the boat is still under cover as it is still pretty cold around here (around 30's/low 40's).... Sucks. Need to get started soon to get the boat in the water by third week in April....

I guess due to the damn cold here in the North-East (had to scrape the windshield this morning) I will skip most projects and just try to replace the deck connector for the electrical connection to the mast with a metal one.
