I'm Trying to set up my auto pilot, Raymarine ST6002 and one of the questions concerns how many degrees to the stops. I can't find this in my manual. Anyone know (such as 30 deg, 45 deg).

The best way would be to pull the cover to your emergency tiller and measure it with a protractor
It is set when Rudder/AP was commissioned by the dealer. This why it is NOT in your manual.
Mine is 24°.
Why that angle?
It is to protect your rudder when reversing your Engine.
Larger angles would lose boat control in reverse.
