Does anyone have the polars for a 1984 hunter 31 with deep draft, 5'6", and 150% head sail and would be willing to share.

As far as I know they do not exist for any of the Hunters. This question has been asked about 247 times with the same answer. NO!

using polars
Polars are pretty useless from a practical standpoint. As each boat in a series is different a "factory polar" is at best a general description of the performance you can expect. in one or two sea states with new sails and fresh bottom.
Even making your own with some computer gathering the data and you making sail trim entries is only generally helpful in planing which jib to put up before you leave the dock and does not do anything to help you trim sail.
They do not tell you anything about how flat the sail was, what the cunningham, outhaul, mast bend, halyard tension........ nothing. Basically someone can get a boat similar to yours to go xxx at yyy wind angle in flat water.
