Purchased an ODAY 19 that has a big crack on the top of the cabin where the starboard stays attach. Wondering how big of a deal it is to sail like this and what the repairs would be like? Thanks in advance

I purchased a 1982 O'Day 19 yesterday and one of the pins that hold the mast in place was replaced with a nut and bolt by the previous owner. Where can I go about getting replacements? I'm new to all of this. I tried google and found some parts sites, but couldn't find that particular thing...
