I've noticed after it rains I get water dripping from the inside of the seem indicated in the photo. I can't find anything that looks obvious, has anyone else had this issue? My boat is moored so I'm not on it when it's raining (at least not yet)

I purchased a 1983 Hunter 22 and the upper and lower shroud lines are much longer than they should be. Can anyone verify the correct length of the shrouds I need for this boat. I have been unable to find the information I need online.
