I did my Cat 22 several years ago (since sold) with Pettit unipoxy one part. I sanded the gel pert prep instructions, used a heir primer, sanded again. Then 2 coats of finish using the roll and tip method. Turned out well. For the bottom depends on if you trailer or dock. If you dock, use what ever antifoul most people in your area use. Different conditions, different paint. If you trailer then you need something harder than unipoxy or one part urethane from Interlux. Again ask around what people in your area recommend trailer or docker.
Its all in the prep work. If you don't do that right doesn't matter what paint you use, If will start to come off and waste all your money and time.
