Putting in a dripless seal on a 1986 28 footer

Anybody have experience with converting from the original stuffing box to a dripless seal? What dripless seal did you use?

PSS was my choice. Had a bone dry bilge for 17 years after installing it.

That`s my spring project. Putting in a PSS seal on our 1985 IP. We had one on a previous boat which worked great for the 12 years we had the boat.
