I have a bayfield 25 1976 boat for sale with main, jib on furler, recently surveyed with all repairs completed with inboard 8 HP yanmar. What price should I be asking? It is at present sitting on my driveway on its trailer on my farm near Rocklyn Ont.

Search Kijiji for Bayfield 25 in Ontario. I just found 5 for sale between $5,500 and $15,000. See if you can find one in similar condition to yours.

The recent survey should have included a value of some sort. That is a place to start. The trailer is a plus for some people in that they can keep it "on the farm" like you have it now. Ask yourself what you might be willing to pay for the boat(or what you think it is worth)......then drop that figure by at least 25% (maybe 50%) and you should be near what a buyer thinks it is worth. (Sorry if that might seem cruel, but it is not meant that way.) Sailboatlistingsdotcom or Yachtworld are two other places to see what the asking prices are for similar boats. Best Wishes.
