New Catalina 320 MKII owners

We are in the process of purchasing a 2008 Catalina 320 MKII, having owned a Catalina 22 years ago and more recently owning a Hunter 260.
We have 2 questions:
1. Online, We found an owner's manual for a C320. Does this manual include the C320 MKII, or is there a separate manual?
2. We plan to subscribe to the Mainsheet. Is the 320 separate from the C320 MKII in that organization?

Mainsheet - no, the magazine covered includes all models, no difference between Mark Is or IIs. Where some variations occur they are usually mentioned in the articles written by volunteers.

Also - when you join the C320 org they will usually toss in Mainsheet as part of the fee. I get mine via the C36/375 org.
