Saloon ventilation in Oceanis 390

Hi,
I want to add ventilation to the saloon of my Oceanis 390. Its gets very hot in the summer in the Mediterranean....
I Thought of installing a hatch in the sky light windows on the ceiling of the saloon.
Any 390 owners did something alike?
Would be happy to read ideas on the subject.

I just use fans, those big plexi windows are a pain, mine has a crack
